If possible, take pictures and send them to us - and we will assist you in replacing your order. The customer must notify us of damaged or missing items within three business days. The customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment. Special Orders Special order items indicated on the website take additional time to order and ship. Special order items that are returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
